Worship and Prayer

We often think that worship and prayer is what we do on Sunday when we gather together but our hope is that on Sunday or whenever we gather in groups we are filled and equipped by the Holy Spirit to live our lives in everything we do to bring glory to God.

Worship is to bring glory to God and prayer is to communicate with Him, living in an awareness of his presence with us day by day, hour by hour.

Our worship isn't just singing songs and our prayers aren't just specifically shaped forms of prayer, our creative God created and formed us to be creative and so through our lives we discover how best as individuals we can worship and communicate with our creator God and when we come together we hope to enable each person to draw closer to Him.

These pages give an idea, an outline of St Wilfrid's life of worship and prayer as a community of God's people.
